  1. No Returns or Refunds: All orders are considered custom-made to your specifications. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  2. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that every item we create meets our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error on our part, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the issue.

  3. Review Items: It is your responsibility to carefully review the items before you purchase. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot accept responsibility for the customer purchasing an incorrect item.

  4. Shipping: We are not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during shipping. While we make every effort to ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped promptly, once it leaves the Printify carrier's facility, we have no control over its handling.

  5. Color Variations: Please note that colors may vary slightly between the images in the online shop and the final printed product. This is due to differences in monitor calibration and the printing process. We cannot offer refunds or reprints based on minor color variations.
