1. Use of Our Services:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or registering an account with us. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

2. Ordering and Payment:

  • When you place an order on our website, you agree to pay the specified price for all items, as well as any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except as provided in our refund policy.

3. Licensing:

  • As seen in the items for sale, we do not include any copyright material from professional or collegiate sports teams.

  • Under fair use policies, we create and sell items of and for athletes with no connection to the team they play for and represent. Items are of the athlete individually, not as part of the team. 

4. Intellectual Property:

  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any images, logos, text, or other content that you submit for printing. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of or related to your use of such content.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We will make every effort to ship your order promptly and to deliver it within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event shall Murphy Sports LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
